Whisky Magazine’s Icons of Whisky and World Whiskies Awards 2023 Scotland results winners announced at Edinburgh ceremony
The Icons of Whisky and World Whiskies Awards returned to Edinburgh for their regional Scotland legs, along with the induction of two industry giants into the Whisky Magazine Hall of Fame
Another stellar year in the world of Scotch whisky was celebrated on Thursday the 8th December 2023 with the winners announcement of both the Icons of Whisky and World Whiskies Awards Scotland 2023.
On Thursday 8 December, many of the biggest names in the industry gathered at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, from bartenders to brand ambassadors, visitor attraction managers and master distillers. It was a night of both celebration and reflection.
The event also saw the announcement of the Round 1 Category Winners for Scotland in the World Whiskies Awards 2023,
Back in October Vintage Bottlers Ltd submitted five entries to the prestigious World Whiskies Awards 2023.
We are absolutely delighted to have been presented with four fantastic awards:
Vintage Series, Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 21yr old, Rum Barrel, Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Category Winner – Gold Award
Secret Series 1, Highland 30yr old, Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Category Winner – Gold Award
Secret Series 2, Speyside 29yr old, Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Silver Award
Vintage Series, Isle of Arran 24yr old, Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Silver Award
