cask6
Cask No. #6 - Golden Eagle
Cask #6 features the iconic Golden Eagle, arguably Scotland’s top predator, there’s no better sight than a Golden Eagle, gliding effortlessly way up high above the glen, spotting his prey not quite camouflaged against the heather, and swooping down at speed, feet outstretched, talons at the ready.
cask7
Cask No. #7 - Black Grouse
Cask #7 features the Black Grouse which is found over much of Scotland's moorland where there is nearby woodland both for protection and its winter diet of conifer needles. It is a heavy, squat bird, up to 24 inches in length and weighing up to four pounds. The male is the more colourful of the species, with deep blue among the black on the back.

cask8
Cask No. #8 - Guillemot
Cask #8 features the Guillemot. Should you find yourself in Shetland, Orkney, or Handa island off the west coast of Sutherland in spring or early summer, do not be surprised to see what appears to be an army of small, fluffy white parachutes drifting to the ground, bouncing gently a few times on landing, and after a shake or two, ambling down to the sea. Their brilliant white bellies, reddy-brown backs and elongated necks have made the species a firm favourite with visitors.
cask9
Cask No. #9 - Crossbill
Cask #9 features the Scottish Crossbill. The male is red or orange; the female green or yellow, but there are variations. The Scottish Crossbill is a superb example of natural adaptation. Its diet is almost exclusively the seeds hidden deep in the cones of the Scots pine and larch trees of the remains of the Caledonian Forest in the Highlands. It is the only bird whose presence is restricted exclusively to the UK.
